Programme Rules & Terms

We keep our terms simple and fair. Below are the key rules every affiliate needs to know before joining.

Free to join. There is no cost to become an affiliate. We never charge fees or require a minimum spend.
No self-referrals. You may not use your own referral link to purchase a plan for yourself. Doing so will result in commission reversal and account suspension.
30-day attribution window. If a user clicks your link and purchases within 30 days, you receive the commission — even if they return directly later.
One commission per customer. You earn commission on the first purchase made by a referred customer. Repeat purchases by the same customer do not generate additional commissions.
Honest promotion only. You must not make false or misleading claims about QueryCrest. Spam, fake reviews, and paid-ad bidding on our brand keywords are prohibited.
Chargebacks & refunds. Commissions are reversed if the referred customer requests a refund within our refund window. Confirmed sales are final after 14 days.
Tax responsibility. Affiliate earnings are your responsibility to declare for income tax purposes. QueryCrest does not withhold PAYE on commissions.
⚠We reserve the right to terminate. QueryCrest may suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms without prior notice.

How do I sign up as an affiliate?
Click the Join the Programme button on this page to create your free affiliate account. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you'll receive your unique referral link and access to your dashboard.
How does tracking work?
When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser for 30 days. If they purchase a plan within that window, the sale is attributed to you automatically — even if they close the browser and return later.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts happen on the 1st of every month for the previous month's confirmed sales. We pay via direct EFT to your South African bank account. Your balance must be at least R200 to trigger a payout.
Can I promote QueryCrest on social media?
Absolutely. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn are all great channels. We provide suggested post copy and graphics in your affiliate dashboard to make sharing easy.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No — there is no cap. The more students you refer who purchase a plan, the more you earn. Top affiliates during application season earn several thousand rand per month.
Do I need to be a QueryCrest customer?
No. You can be an affiliate without ever purchasing a plan yourself. However, affiliates who have used the platform personally tend to promote it more convincingly and convert better.
What marketing materials are provided?
Your affiliate dashboard includes banner ads in multiple sizes, WhatsApp message templates, suggested social media captions, and email copy you can use to promote QueryCrest to your audience.
Can I use paid advertising to promote my link?
You may run paid ads on social platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to promote your affiliate link. However, you may not bid on the keyword "QueryCrest" or any variation of our brand name in Google Ads or Bing Ads.
